All from a hands-on Group CEO who’s delivered international growth, effectively managed P&L’s, developed M&A strategies, as well as overseeing 200+ staff globally with industry recognition via numerous awards and listed in the PerformanceIN Top 50-Industry Players Award.

I’ve turned around incumbent commercial strategies from their poor positioning and engagement with sales and marketing teams to develop and launch new products that have delivered multi-million-pound revenue growth. These include commercial strategies for revenue diversification and growth from new, international markets.

I’ve helped businesses expand geographical territories across Southeast Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. This included market research, business planning, recruitment and the legal, financial and operational set-up.

GTM Planning

I’ve supported an AI start-up in Hong Kong in translating the latest AI-powered computer vision technology into a coherent strategy. Working with the Founder and Senior Management Team to develop the GTM plans, sales and marketing strategy and business planning, including creating and executing a ‘Growth Accelerator Model’ to engineer the optimum sales, marketing and customer value management capabilities. This delivered a content framework to engage with those people and build trust, thought leadership and authority, resulting in product/market fit and significant customer traction.

New Product Development

I’ve successfully launched new products for businesses that have delivered meaningful incremental revenue growth, including mobile advertising, virtual events and new innovative technologies helping clients increase their ROI from digital advertising.

For example, I’ve launched an award-winning new mobile advertising product in India and scaled it across Southeast Asia and Latin America. In addition, I’ve launched a high-margin text & data mining product supported by an effective B2B sales strategy.

Pre-seed Fundraising

I’ve supported an AI start-up in Hong Kong in raising Pre-seed funding from a select group of Angel investors. Including developing investor pitch books and pitching to investors. I’ve also helped broker discussions between businesses looking for a win: win merger or acquisition.
